Ray is Sales Solution Design and Pipeline Management Team Leader, AIB. Ray has over twenty years of experience in Software Development for the Financial Services Sector in Ireland and the USA. This includes more than four years working on Sales and Service Solutions at AIB; more than eight years working in Product Management and Product Strategy for Oracle and Siebel Systems; more than three years working for an Irish owned Multi-Channel Banking software company; and more than four years working for a Securities Industry company in Boston USA.

David Riordan is the commercial and product owner of Microsoft Dynamics in Ireland. Microsoft Dynamics is a suite of products covering Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. finance, operations, supply chain) and Customer Relationship Management (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Service). “My mission is to drive digital transformation across companies of all sizes, focusing on the four pillars of Dynamics 365: engage your customers, empower your employees, optimise your operations and transform your products”
Mark Kane, Mainstream Renewable Power
Mark Kane heads up the Information Solutions function at Mainstream Renewable Power, a global renewable energy group founded in 2008, now with operations on five continents. Having led Mainstream’s implementation of Microsoft’s Smart Energy Reference Architecture “SERA”, (the first energy company to do so), his team subsequently transitioned their SERA implementation to Microsoft’s “Saas” cloud offerings. Mark now leads the organisation’s Digital Transformation journey, combining the individual strengths of cloud, mobile, IoT and social together to provide Mainstream with industry-leading business solutions and competitive advantage. With over 25 years of industry experience of implementing large-scale international ERP and transformation programs, Mark provides insights on the strategies used at Mainstream to deliver tangible business successes from their IT investments.

Kieran McCorry, Microsoft Ireland
Kieran McCorry has over 26 years' experience in the technology industry and is currently the National Technology Officer for Microsoft Ireland, where his role is to help Public Sector customers address their challenges, fully realize their opportunities, and pursue their national priorities. He is responsible for positioning Microsoft as the partner technology company of choice and engendering trust, technology vision, strategic alignment, business model, business practices, and policy approaches to Microsoft customers. He is a frequent speaker at worldwide conferences and has been a regular contributor to various industry publications. All in all, he has presented at over 100 international conferences and has authored more than 50 papers for journals and magazines. He is author of four books on messaging technology and has over 10 patents pending. Kieran holds two undergraduate degrees, one in Computer Science and one in Law, as well as a Master of Laws degree in Corporate Governance Law.
